Newsletter: Scottish Government HIV action plan: draft published 02/02/2009 17:27:25

The Scottish Government have produced a draft HIV action plan which will be discussed at the meeting on February 13th at the Royal College of Physicians in Edinburgh (for details of the meeting see http://www.shivag.co.uk/ShowPub.aspx?ID=131 )
The draft document is entitled "HIV Proposed Action Plan in Scotland Phase One: May 2009 to March 2011" and Dona Milne has asked me to put it on the SHIVAG website for download. You can get it at http://www.shivag.co.uk/ShowPub.aspx?ID=135
Comments on the draft plan can be made directly to the Sexual Health and HIV Team at the Scottish Government or through engagement in one of the meetings taking place during February and March 2009.
All comments should be returned no later than the 31 March 2009 to hivplan@scotland.gsi.gov.uk Further copies of the action plan can be downloaded from SHIVAG, Health Protection Scotland and NHS Health Scotland websites or can be obtained by calling 0131 244 2568.
