Newsletter: SHIVAG website 31/07/2007 13:19:57

Plain-text Body:
Dear SHIVAG member,

Some SHIVAG memebrs have not received the email I sent last week announcing the launch of the site - I'm not sure who did and who didn't get it, so here's your details again.

The website has been revamped and has a number of new features - which I listed in the last email but won't bore you with again!

Most importantly the website now holds the SHIVAG mailing list, and you can edit your own address and job details on line. It’s important to keep these up to date, especially your email address, because that is how you will hear about SHIVAG meetings etc.

I’ve preregistered you with the following details:

Username: <% UserName %>
Password <% Password %>

If you have colleagues who are not yet registered, please encourage them to join – they can do this in a few moments on-line by following the link to “Create an account”.

I would like to make the mailing list available to all members on line. Would you be happy to have your name and work address visible on-line? If you object to that proposal, please let me know now so I can gauge how people feel.

Best wishes
David Wilks
