he People Living with HIV Stigma Index provides a tool that will measure and detect changing trends in relation to stigma and discrimination experienced by people living with HIV in the UK. The rigorous quantitative and qualitative research will inform better policies, more effective programs and be an empowering experience for people living with HIV involved in the process.

This Report undertaken by HIV Scotland, outlines key factors as to the background of HIV in the Forth Valley area, the services currently available and how they operate, and draws out six themes. Recommendations for future strategic direction provide a basis for taking forward the challenges of addressing the prevention needs of people living in Forth Valley.
